- Ensuring timely medication and dietary management
- Assisting with personal hygiene (bathing, sponge care, changing clothes)
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if necessary
- Maintaining cleanliness of the patient’s room and bedding
- Monitoring vital signs (blood pressure, sugar levels, etc.)
